Each household is entitled to two votes at the meeting or by proxy.

The proxy is necessary to ensure the required quorum for:

         •  a legal meeting per our covenants,

         •  to elect the 2025 Board of Directors.

            If there is an insufficient response (attending + proxy), another 

            meeting would need to be scheduled.  This occurred in 2024.

Our HOA does not pay for a management company. Members of the Board of Directors are unpaid directors and managers. The membership votes on the 2025 Board slate for one-year terms. Board members then elect their officers. The Board is responsible for the maintenance of the common areas, the enforcement of covenants, bylaws and rules, as well as responding to community inquiries and issues. There are 5 working Board meetings a year (dates posted on website) for approximately 90 minutes and are open to all members. 

Owners interested in joining the Board are encouraged to contact us by mail, the website, or indicating your interest in the Proxy comment section.
